Acceptable storage is inside a garage, behind the house, or behind a solid 4-foot+ screen such as a fence or approved enclosure. Bins may be placed at the curb after 6 PM the day before collection and must be returned to storage by the end of collection day (Provo) or within 12 hours of collection (Orem).
