Clayton County sets no annual cap on how many nights a short-term rental may be booked. The only night-based line is the 30-day threshold that separates a short-term rental from a long-term tenancy.
Article XII of the Clayton County Code contains no limit on the number of nights or bookings per year for a permitted short-term rental. There is no county night-cap violation. Enforcement instead targets operating without a permit or license, or breaching other article requirements, which under Sections 22-902 and 22-903 can lead to revocation, a cease-and-desist notice, or an injunction.
