No countywide STR parking rule exists; each municipality handles it through zoning or STR ordinance. Village of Rhinebeck requires one off-street space per bedroom plus one for the operator, with guest parking plans included in the STR permit application. Town of Red Hook and Town of Stanford follow similar one-per-bedroom standards. City of Poughkeepsie 19-11 sets one space per dwelling unit for residential but requires site-plan review for conversions including STRs.
