Failing to provide the required number of compliant off-street spaces, or allowing guests to park on the street in violation of the approved plan, can be cited as a violation of the STR permit conditions under Section 15.10.060. The County may bill complaint investigations at $65 per hour and impose administrative penalties of $1,500 to $5,000, up to suspension or revocation of the permit.
