Holiday decorations in Noblesville are not separately regulated by the City's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). The UDO Chapter 159 / Article 11 (Signs) governs 'signs' — devices conveying a message — and generic holiday decorations (wreaths, garlands, lights, inflatable Santas, snowmen) that do not advertise a commercial product or convey a specific noncommercial message are not treated as signs and have no Noblesville take-down deadline.
