Elizabeth Land Development Ordinance §15 and Union Township Code Ch. 170-119 permit political/campaign signs on private residential property without a permit. Town of Gilbert, municipalities cannot apply different durational limits based on sign content. Signs must not obstruct traffic sight triangles at intersections (25 ft clear zone).
