Content-neutral rules apply: typical residential signs under 6 sq ft, commercial lots under 32 sq ft, setback from right-of-way, no placement in public right-of-way or attached to utility poles or traffic signs. FL 106.1435 also addresses campaign signage. Signs must be removed within 7-14 days after the election date. Signs blocking sight triangles at intersections are prohibited for safety.
