Operating hours are generally limited to the same periods as nearby businesses. The DEO maintains maps of approved vending areas for unincorporated communities.
Vending in restricted zones carries fines starting at $100 for a second offense and escalating to $500 for fourth and subsequent violations within 12 months. Equipment blocking ADA paths may be immediately removed.
