Larger parcels carry density rules - for example, the code allows additional main buildings only when extra lot area thresholds are met. Because there is no flat coverage percentage, total buildable area is best determined by applying the zone's lot-size and yard requirements; confirm specifics with the Tulare County RMA.
Exceeding the 25% accessory-building coverage of a required rear yard, building on an undersized lot, or encroaching into a required yard violates the Zoning Ordinance and is enforced by Tulare County RMA Code Compliance. Relief generally requires a variance under Section 16.
