The Fort Worth Code Compliance Department handles property maintenance, zoning, and nuisance complaints. Reports can be submitted online at fortworthtexas.gov/departments/code-compliance/online-code-reporting, by calling 817-392-1234, or through the MyFW mobile app. The online system allows photo uploads and GPS-tagged locations. Anonymous complaints are accepted. After submission, a case number is assigned for tracking. The department covers violations including high grass/weeds, junk vehicles, illegal dumping, substandard structures, zoning issues, trash, and health violations.
