Florida's juvenile curfew statute, Fla. Stat. 877.22, bars minors from public places between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and between midnight and 6 a.m. on weekends and holidays, with exceptions for a minor with a parent, at work, or in an emergency.

(a) A minor may not be or remain in a public place or establishment between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. of the following day, Sunday through Thursday, except in the case of a legal holiday.
