Town of Leesburg: Leesburg Town Code §24-92 (Curfew) prohibits persons under 17 from being in or upon any public street, public property, or place of public assembly between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, and between midnight and 6:00 AM Friday and Saturday. Exceptions: accompanied by parent or guardian, traveling directly to/from employment, attending a school or religious event, emergency, or exercising First Amendment rights. Parents or guardians who knowingly permit violations commit a Class 4 misdemeanor ($250 max fine). Purcellville has no separate curfew. Middleburg, Hamilton, Round Hill, and Hillsboro: no juvenile curfews. Virginia state trespass and truancy laws still apply. Leesburg curfew (§24-92): juvenile receives warning + parental notification; parent/guardian Class 4 misdemeanor ($250). Repeat violations may lead to CHINS petition under VA §16.1-228. County has no curfew penalties (no ordinance).
