Loudoun County's Board of Supervisors has not adopted a county-wide juvenile curfew, so unincorporated Loudoun has no general curfew law. VA Code ยง16.1-228 defines 'juvenile' as under 18 for most purposes; ยง16.1-301 governs confidentiality of juvenile records. Town of Leesburg: Leesburg Town Code ยง24-92 (Curfew) prohibits persons under 17 from being in or upon any public street, public property, or place of public assembly between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, and between midnight and 6:00 AM Friday and Saturday. Exceptions: accompanied by parent or guardian, traveling directly to/from employment, attending a school or religious event, emergency, or exercising First Amendment rights. Parents or guardians who knowingly permit violations commit a Class 4 misdemeanor ($250 max fine). Purcellville has no separate curfew. Middleburg, Hamilton, Round Hill, and Hillsboro: no juvenile curfews. Virginia state trespass and truancy laws still apply. Leesburg curfew (ยง24-92): juvenile receives warning + parental notification; parent/guardian Class 4 misdemeanor ($250). Repeat violations may lead to CHINS petition under VA ยง16.1-228. County has no curfew penalties (no ordinance).
