Marana town parks are closed from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM unless otherwise posted or authorized by the Parks and Recreation Director. Town Code Title 13 governs park use and prohibits entry during closed hours without a special-event permit.
Under Marana Town Code Title 13 (Parks and Recreation), all town-owned parks close at 10:00 PM and reopen at 5:00 AM unless a different schedule is posted at the park entrance or the Parks and Recreation Director grants a special-use permit. Lighted athletic facilities may operate later when reserved through the town recreation program. Gladden Farms Community Park, Crossroads at Silverbell District Park, and other facilities follow the standard curfew unless an event permit extends hours. Violations are enforced by Marana Police Department and may be cited as trespass under ARS 13-1502 if a person remains after being asked to leave. The juvenile curfew in Chapter 11-4 also applies to minors in parks during late-night hours.
Park curfew violation: civil infraction under Town Code Title 13. Refusal to leave after warning: criminal trespass in the third degree under ARS 13-1502, a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable by up to 30 days jail and $500 fine.
