Full Breakdown
The Town of Marana does not operate metered parking or impose general time limits on residential street parking. Standard Arizona traffic law applies: vehicles may not park within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, within 20 feet of a crosswalk, or blocking any driveway, sidewalk, or mailbox. Some newer subdivisions and master-planned communities have narrower street designs where parking may be restricted to one side of the street by posted signs. Emergency access must be maintained on all streets with a minimum clear width for fire apparatus per Northwest Fire District standards. HOAs may impose additional street-parking restrictions through CC&Rs, including limiting guest parking and prohibiting overnight street parking in some communities.
Violations & Fines
Illegally parked vehicles subject to citation under Arizona traffic law. Blocking fire access: immediate towing authorized.
