Implementation is coordinated through TLMA, Public Works, and Building & Safety alongside cities such as Palm Springs and Riverside.
Projects inconsistent with the CAP checklist may be required to add mitigation measures, redesign, or pay in-lieu emissions reduction fees before permits issue.
