There are also material restrictions and a special masonry-block requirement for residential fencing in the I-182 Corridor Overlay adjacent to the I-182 right-of-way. Non-compliant fences (wrong height, blocked sight triangle, exposed structural supports in front yards, missing required gate, or prohibited materials) are zoning violations subject to correction notices and possible required removal by Pasco Community and Economic Development.
