Property-line location, encroachment, and trespass questions remain matters of private property law and surveying, not county ordinance, so neighbors should resolve disputes through written agreement or, if needed, civil remedies rather than county enforcement.
Failing to give the required 30-day written notice before incurring fence costs can weaken a claim for cost-sharing. Disputes over boundary fences are resolved as civil matters under state law, not by county code enforcement.
