Members get records access under § 504.1602: a member 'is entitled to inspect and copy... any of the records' on at least five business days' written notice, with broader records (accounting records, the membership list) available on ten business days' notice for a proper purpose. Voting may occur in person, remotely (§ 504.702A), or by written ballot (§ 504.708). Condominium boards under § 499B.15 must additionally hold open board meetings with seven days' notice.
