Potentially hazardous foods like meats, dairy, and canned low-acid vegetables remain prohibited under the exemption.
Selling above $50,000, distributing through retailers, or omitting the home-kitchen disclosure label can trigger ODA enforcement, civil penalties under ORS 616.992, and loss of the exemption.
