Sales must be direct to the end consumer (home, farmers market, certified roadside stand, on-farm); Home-Based Microprocessor sales are further restricted to the processor's own farm, Kentucky-registered farmers markets, and certified roadside stands. Each container must carry the producer's name, address, registration number, ingredients, and the statutory disclaimer that the product was produced in a home kitchen not subject to state inspection. Kentucky has no broad statutory preemption blocking local zoning rules, so a Bowling Green home processor must also comply with the Home Office or Home Occupation standards in Joint Zoning Ord.
