Front yard gardens must comply with general property maintenance requirements (maintained in good condition, no safety hazards) and must not obstruct public sidewalks or sight triangles at intersections. Fencing or structures associated with gardens must comply with height and setback requirements. In fire-prone areas of the county, gardens should not create additional fire fuel near structures.
