When Stage 2 restrictions are activated, watering is further limited to two designated days per week based on address: even addresses water on Tuesday and Friday between 6 PM and 10 AM, odd addresses water on Monday and Thursday between 6 PM and 10 AM. Stage 3 restrictions prohibit all outdoor watering. Operation of fountains and decorative water features is prohibited unless water is recirculated. Washing sidewalks, driveways, or hard surfaces is prohibited except for health and safety reasons. Staggered penalties apply: first offense up to $200, second up to $400, third up to $600, fourth and subsequent up to $2,000. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.
