Philadelphia City Council passed Bill 210957-A in 2022 phasing out gasoline-powered leaf blowers. Effective July 2026, gas leaf blowers are prohibited within city/county limits. Until then, hour restrictions apply. Electric and battery-powered units remain permitted subject to general noise limits. Applies countywide due to consolidated government.
