There is no decibel cap on this equipment during exempt hours. Running loud lawn or blower equipment before 7:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. loses the exemption and can be cited under the general prohibition (Sec. 17-102). Unincorporated Yellowstone County has no leaf-blower ordinance; the county sets no rule here.
