Sacramento County does not have a stand-alone outdoor-entertainment noise law for unincorporated areas; outdoor music is regulated under the exterior noise standards in County Code Chapter 6.68. The baseline residential limits are 55 dBA from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 50 dBA from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., measured at the affected neighboring property.
