Plano Zoning Code requires all off-street parking to be on a hard dust-free surface (concrete, asphalt, or pavers). Frisco Code of Ordinances Ch. 78 requires 4-inch minimum concrete thickness for new driveways with a culvert permit for any drainage crossing. McKinney requires one 20-foot curb cut maximum per single-family lot. Circular drives need 30-foot lot frontage. Collin County issues driveway culvert permits through Public Works for unincorporated properties at $150, with 15-inch RCP minimum pipe size.
