Metered parking operates in the downtown core with rates set by Borough Council resolution. 15-minute free parking spaces exist on State Street, Main Streets, Oakland Avenue, Plaza East, and Dommel Way lots. Parking is free after 5 PM Monday-Saturday, Sundays, and major holidays (New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
