Failure to record and register a foreclosed property as required by 8.06.110 is a code violation resulting in an administrative citation. Unmaintained vacant parcels are subject to the standard Chapter 8.06 fines ($100/day first, $200/day second within a year, $500/day additional), $108/hour administrative costs, abatement, and code enforcement liens.
