NY PMC §302.4 (19 NYCRR 1226) requires all premises to have weeds/plant growth not exceeding 10 inches. Wetlands buffers and agricultural districts (NY Agriculture Law Art. 25-AA) exempt from mowing rules. Chronic violators face lien foreclosure.
