Lake Holm is an unincorporated community (population 3,430) in King County, Washington. Because Lake Holm is not an incorporated city, it does not have its own municipal code. Unincorporated King County does not operate a general rental registration program. In unincorporated King County, code enforcement can still inspect rentals for habitability, safety, and zoning compliance upon complaint, and landlords must comply with KCC Title 21A occupancy and development standards.
