Horace Code Β§13-1604 controls guest oversize-vehicle parking. Subsection 2 allows on-property storage of licensed and operable RVs in the driveway, side yard, or backyard on an improved surface, without obstructing sidewalks or neighbors. Section 13-1611 bars parking on private property without written permission. Section 13-1619 prohibits parking on sidewalks and boulevards. Section 13-1613 requires 15 feet of roadway clear. Title IV Β§4-5.4 sets minimum off-street spaces per dwelling unit.
Section 13-1624 sets a base $20 fine for parking violations unless another section specifies otherwise. Β§13-1625 allows impoundment of vehicles with three or more unsettled tickets. STR operators are responsible for ensuring guests comply.
