Allen reserves right to deny or revoke registration for code violations, unpaid HOT, or repeat nuisance complaints. Applicants must disclose all co-hosts or property managers. Operating with lapsed or transferred registration: fines up to 500 dollars per day and removal from listing platforms upon city notification.
