The Town of Marana allows sidewalk cafe dining in commercial zoning districts with approval from the Development Services Department. The permit requires a site plan showing the proposed layout with dimensions demonstrating that a minimum of four feet of unobstructed pedestrian passage is maintained on the sidewalk to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility standards.
