Drivers must carry license, manifest, and limit inventory to $10,000 retail value per trip. Deliveries restricted to private addresses (not public spaces). Buyers must show ID showing 21+ for adult-use or 18+ with valid medical recommendation. Santa Clara County unincorporated areas receive deliveries from licensed retailers based in San Jose or surrounding cities; County cannot tax or permit individual deliveries.
