Sacramento County Code Enforcement frequently addresses several categories of violations. Property maintenance violations are the most common, including: junk and debris stored outdoors (it is unlawful to store scrap metals or materials on any lot except in heavy industrial zones); overgrown vegetation that creates fire hazards or harbors vermin; and general property blight.
