Ann Arbor city parks are closed from midnight to 6 a.m. Statewide, Michigan's curfew law bars minors under 16 from streets, parks, and alleys from midnight to 6 a.m., and children under 12 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., unless accompanied by a parent.

A minor under the age of 16 years shall not loiter, idle or congregate in or on any public street, highway, alley or park between the hours of 12 midnight and 6 a.m., immediately following, except where the minor is accompanied by a parent or guardian.
