Washtenaw County does not zone RV or boat parking; your city or township does. In Ann Arbor, trailers, boats and campers in residential zones may not sit in the front open space and must go behind the front building line.

In residential zones, trailers, boats, campers and similar vehicles must be stored in a structure, on a driveway or in a location other than the front open space.
Washtenaw County does not set driveway parking rules; your city or township does. In Ann Arbor, you may park a motor vehicle in the front open space only on the driveway, in a structure, or in an approved space.

Ann Arbor On-Street Snow Parking Ban
On-street parking bans will be announced at least 12 hours in advanced and remain until lifted. Vehicles parked on the street during a ban may be ticketed and/or towed.
There is no countywide overnight parking ban. Ann Arbor has no blanket overnight prohibition, but during winter it may impose an on-street snow parking ban with 12 hours notice; disability plates or placards are exempt.

Vehicles with disability plates or placards are exempt. Certain streets or blocks may be exempt because of a lack of driveways or inadequate parking alternatives.
Washtenaw County sets no rule requiring or restricting residential EV charging; land use is regulated by your city or township. Ann Arbor encourages EV adoption through its A2Zero plan but does not mandate home charging.
Michigan law (MCL 257.252a) governs abandoned vehicles countywide: a vehicle left on public property 48 hours or more can be declared abandoned and removed. Ann Arbor also bars storing inoperative or unregistered vehicles.

Residents may not paint public curbs. Curb markings are official traffic-control devices set by the city; Washtenaw County does not authorize private curb painting, and unauthorized markings are unenforceable and illegal.
