Standard exceptions cover travel with parents, work, school, religious activities, errands directed by guardians, and First Amendment activity. The order is reviewed every three years by Commissioners Court.
Curfew violation is a Class C misdemeanor punishable by a fine up to $500. Parents who knowingly permit violations may also be cited.
