Under the City of Rosenberg's Parks and Recreation rules and Chapter 21 of the Code of Ordinances, public parks are open 365 days per year and may be used between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Being in a city park outside posted hours without an approved reservation or permit is prohibited and subject to enforcement by Rosenberg Police.
