Carry remains barred on K-12 school grounds, in posted public establishments and events under section 13-3102(A)(10), in secured federal buildings, polling places, and where alcohol is served and the carrier consumes. Brandishing or threatening display can be charged as disorderly conduct under ARS section 13-2904.
