Must maintain 50 ft setback from permanent food establishments with active operation (brick-and-mortar restaurants may request distance enforcement). Mecklenburg County Parks allow food trucks at Park and Recreation facilities only with concessionaire agreement. HOA-governed private streets and parking lots are not public vending zones.
