Ohio's Planned Community Law governs association governance in R.C. 5312.03-5312.07. R.C. 5312.07 provides that any owner "may examine and copy the books, records, and minutes" under reasonable standards, while letting the board withhold limited categories such as attorney-client communications and personnel matters.
