Clark County HOAs enforce CC and Rs under strict NRS 116 procedures. NRS 116.31031 requires written notice of alleged violations to the owner, a reasonable opportunity to cure, and a hearing before fines can be imposed. Fines per violation are capped by statute except for health, safety, or architectural integrity violations. Continuing violations may be cited once per specified period.
