Permitted foods include baked goods, jams, jellies, honey, dried herbs, and similar shelf-stable items. Annual gross sales cap is $35,000. Products must be labeled with producer name, address, ingredients, allergens, and Made in a home kitchen not subject to inspection disclosure. Sales allowed direct to consumer, at farmers markets, and limited retail. Philadelphia home occupation zoning rules under Section 14-603(13) still apply, and a Commercial Activity License is required.
