Commercial vehicles exceeding 10,000 pounds GVWR may not park on residential streets between 8 PM and 6 AM per Phila Code. Vehicles with advertising/lettering have additional restrictions in RSA-5 and RM-1 zones. Loading zones (identified by yellow curb) operate per posted hours.
