MCC §9-64-170 restricts all commercial vehicles on residential streets. Exception: vehicles actively engaged in deliveries or service work must display business name/license and customer address. Chicago residents who own non-commercial pickup trucks under 8,000 lbs with a valid city sticker may park on residential streets. Commercial pickup trucks and vehicles over 8,000 lbs prohibited.
