It shall also be unlawful for any Operator to park or leave standing any Commercial Vehicle for more than three hours on any other public street...
First Violation. A first violation of either Subsection (b) or (c) of this section by an Operator shall constitute a civil penalty in the amount of $500. Second Violation... $750. Third and Subsequent Penalty... $1,000.
