ROH § 15-14.1 (Article 14, Chapter 15 Traffic Code) prohibits any vehicle from stopping, standing, or parking in front of a public or private driveway or within 4 feet of either side of a driveway without signs required. Under § 15-26.10, illegal parking carries a minimum fine. Vehicles that physically obstruct driveway ingress or egress must be towed per HPD policy. Each hour the vehicle remains in violation after the initial citation constitutes a separate offense.
Minimum fine of $35 per citation; mandatory citation issued for all violations. Vehicles obstructing driveway access are subject to immediate tow and storage fees.
