Expansion of a driveway that increases impervious surface may trigger lot coverage or stormwater review, especially in the urban service area where Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit limits apply. HOAs may further restrict vehicle counts or surface materials. Repairs to damaged driveway aprons in the right-of-way must be coordinated with the Division of Streets and Roads.
