RVs over 22 feet may not park on residential streets for more than 24 hours. On non-residential streets, the 72-hour limit applies. Permanent RV residency on property is limited to 28 days/year.
Under Denver's parking code, recreational vehicles exceeding 22 feet in length may not be parked on public rights-of-way adjacent to residential zone districts for more than 24 hours. On streets in non-residential zones, the standard 72-hour rule applies, but vehicles must move at least 100 feet (recently proposed to increase to 700 feet for large vehicles). Residential Parking Permits cannot be issued to RVs. Permanent habitation in an RV on private property is limited to 28 days per year. Denver does not have authorized safe parking areas for RV dwellers in most residential zones.
Tickets for RV parking violations $25β$75. Repeated violations can result in towing.
